Neil Gamewell is a founder and the CEO of NEG. He is an experienced entrepreneur, founding and leading numerous education service businesses over the last 15 years. Neil’s understanding of schools, commercial awareness and passion for innovation through digital solutions has been key to the high growth of NEG.

James Southworth is a founder and the chief product officer of NEG. He is a marketing and communication specialist, with a career spanning over 15 years delivering innovative marketing strategies across a multitude of sectors. James is key to NEG’s digital strategy, leading on the development of new products and successfully taking them to market.

Joseph Stoney is a founder and the chief sales officer of NEG. He is a customer-centric, digital marketing and communications specialist, with a strong background in customer acquisition and retention strategies which he has lived through a career spanning over 15 years in various industries. Joe has an unrivalled customer-first mentality, and spends most days in communication with new and existing high-value customers. He is also governor at an Ofsted rated “outstanding” primary school.

Richard Mansfield is the chief technology officer at NEG. He is a highly-motivated and committed executive, with nearly 20 years demonstrated experience of building and managing successful products from ideation through to market leadership. Richard leads a project team committed to NEG’s ongoing innovative software development.

Stephen Boatman is the finance director at NEG. He is a qualified chartered accountant (ICAEW) and has a strong background in mergers and acquisitions. Stephen has supported NEG’s recent growth strategy, in particular successfully advising the company on investment opportunities and helping to identify market opportunities moving forward.

Natalia Khudenko is the education programme director at NEG and has been committing to its growth and development since 2018. Natalia leads both the programme development and media production teams and ensures the successful implementation of NEG's content development strategy.

Macy Edwards is the marketing director at NEG. She is an experienced data driven marketer with over 10 years’ working in education, ecommerce, B2B and FMCG businesses as well as agency side specialising in digital paid media, innovation, technology and product development. In her current role with NEG, Macy oversees the demand generation strategy, leading our end to end digital journey to drive continued growth for NEG and it’s brands.

David Burgess is the sales and customer success director at NEG. He has two decades of leadership experience across sales, marketing, customer support and professional services at companies like Schoolcomms, ParentPay and Capita. David’s role at NEG is to ensure our customers are at the heart of our business – ensuring we’re continually listening, and working hard to meet the evolving needs of our members.
